III. Bài viết tham khảo band 7.0

In today's society, both individual and team activities play an important role in the development of people's skills for life. Some argue that team activities provide more opportunities for skill-building than individual activities. In my opinion, I completely agree with this statement.

On one hand, it is undeniable that individual activities such as reading, painting, or writing can bring about significant benefits. Such activities foster self-motivation and discipline, as individuals have to rely on their own efforts to achieve goals. For example, an individual who wants to master a skill has to practice persistently and stay focused. As a result, they develop strong perseverance, creativity and independence.

On the other hand, team activities provide a unique opportunity for people to acquire a wide range of skills. Teamwork skills, for instance, are critical in almost every aspect of life. When working in a group, people have to learn how to communicate effectively, share ideas, and manage conflicts. Moreover, team activities encourage people to develop leadership skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. For instance, participating in a team project at work requires individuals to work collaboratively, think strategically and contribute their strengths to the team.

In conclusion, although individual activities are crucial in developing certain skills, I strongly believe that team activities can provide more opportunities for people to acquire skills for life. By participating in team activities, individuals can hone their teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills, which are essential in both personal and professional life. Therefore, it is important for individuals to engage in team activities to enhance their overall skills.
