IELTS Speaking part 1 Fixing things

    1. Can you fix things?

    3. Have you ever asked people to teach you how to fix things?

    - I cannot recall asking for help often, but I do remember asking my grandmother to teach me how to fix a hole in my jeans using a needle and thread. Her sewing skills were impressive, and I learned quite a bit from her. Since then, I have become skilled at sewing and can now mend holes in my socks.
