1. Phân tích đề bài: 

• Loại biểu đồ: Map 
• Dữ liệu: Hai dữ liệu chính cần được mô tả trong bài:
• Vị trí của các phòng + Khu vực thoát hiểm 
• Hướng thoát hiểm khi có hỏa hoạn. 
• Lưu ý: 
  • Đây không phải là dạng bản đồ so sánh qua thời gian. Bởi vậy, các thuật ngữ mô tả sự biến đổi hay so sánh không thể được sử dụng.
  • Các thuật ngữ mô tả vị trí tuyệt đối (Vị trí của một nơi cụ thể so với bản đồ nói chung) và tương đối (Vị trí của một nơi cụ thể so với một nơi khác) được khuyến khích sử dụng trong dạng bài này. 
  • Có hai khu vực an toàn, bởi vậy nên bố cục bài viết theo những khu vực này. 

2. Dàn ý: 

• Overview: 
  • Bedroom around the corridor, which runs from one end of the building to the other => is involved in all escape routes. 
  • Two different meeting point on the West and the East. 
• BD1: The West 
  • Bedroom 1: Northwestern corner, door on the East -> faces one side of bedroom 2. 
  • Bedroom 2: door directly opposed that of bedroom 3. 
  • Escape route: 
  • Bedroom 1 and 2: turn right immediately at the door, bedroom 3 turn left -> Corridor.
  • Everyone runs westward toward the stairs. => First safe meeting point
• BD2: The East 
  • Stairs in the center of the northern section. 
  • The rooms:
  • Bedroom 4 and 7: located in the South, next to each other. 7 located in the Southeastern corner. 
  • Doors of both open to the stairs -> Escape route: Go straight to them 
  • Bedroom 5 and 6: northeastern corner, bed room 6 sandwiched between 5 and 7. -> Escape route: Bedroom 5 turn right, bedroom 6 run straight before turning right

The diagram gives information about the map of the second floor, as well as detailed directions leading students into safe areas when there is a fire emergency. 

Overall, all bedrooms are positioned around a corridor, which runs straight through one end of the building to the other, which serves as the basis for the escape routes of all inhabitants . Another notable detail is that there are two different meeting points distributed on both the west and the east of the floor for students of the respective sections to escape to when fire happens. 

Looking at the west side of the floor, it is immediately noticeable that bedroom 1 is  located in the Northwestern corner. Its door, however, opens to the east side, facing one side of bedroom 2, whose door is opposed to that of bedroom 3 in the south. In order to access the corridor, students inside the bedroom 1 and 2 have to turn right immediately at the door, while the ones in bedroom 3 turn left. After that, everyone runs westward in the direction of the stairs  at the end of the corridor , which leads to the first safe meeting point in case of emergency.

Turning to the east side, similarly to the west, the stairs also provide direct access to the second safe meeting point, but it is situated at the center of its northern section. Regarding the rooms themselves, bedrooms 4 and 7 are both in the south, right next to each other, with the latter located in the Southeastern corner. Their doors both look out directly to the stairs, allowing students in those rooms to go straight to them when there is a fire in the building. 

Meanwhile, bedroom 5 is located in the northeastern corner and its door points to bedroom 7, whereas bedroom 6 is sandwiched between them. If a fire happens, in order to get to the stairs, students in the former just need to turn right upon exiting the door to get to the stairs, whereas those inhabiting the latter have to run straight for a while, before going to the right.
