Well, I’d like to talk about a famous person I’d love to meet, and that’s Taylor Swift. To start with, she’s a very popular singer who makes a lot of great songs. I don’t know everything about her, but I think she’s talented because her music is so famous.

Next, I’d like to meet her at a small café. I imagine it would be nice to sit down and talk with her in a quiet place, maybe after one of her concerts. I think a café is a good spot because it’s relaxed.

Moving on to how I know her, I first heard her songs on a music app a few years ago. Songs like ‘Shake It Off’ are so fun, and I also saw her music videos online. Sometimes, I check her social media to see what she’s doing.

Lastly, I want to meet her because her music makes me happy. I’m not sure how she writes such good songs, so I’d love to ask her about that. Also, she seems like a kind person, so I think talking to her would be exciting.

As someone who’s always been inspired by strong women in the entertainment industry, I’d love to meet Ngo Thanh Van, a talented actress and filmmaker. Let me kick off by sharing who she is. To be honest, I don’t know every detail about her career, but I know she’s famous for starring in action movies and producing films that have gained international recognition.

Moving forward to where I’d like to meet her, I’d choose a film festival where she’s presenting one of her projects. It’d be incredible to hear her talk about her work and maybe have a short chat afterward in a relaxed setting, like the festival’s networking lounge. I think that’d match her creative vibe.

Now let me tell you how I know her. I first came across her through a blockbuster action movie I watched a couple of years ago, where she played a fierce lead character. Since then, I’ve followed her on social media and read articles about her efforts to bring bold stories to the big screen.

Lastly, I’m gonna explain why I want to meet her. Watching her films, I’ve been captivated by her ability to balance acting and producing while breaking barriers in a tough industry. I’d love to ask her how she stays driven and navigates challenges, especially since I’m curious about creative careers myself. Meeting her would be a truly motivating experience.

II. Chữa đề IELTS Speaking Part 3

    1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of being a famous child?

    Sample Answer: Band 6.0 - 6.5

Well, I don’t know much about being a famous child, but I can guess some good and bad things. On the good side, famous kids probably have a lot of money. For example, they might act in movies or sing, so they can buy nice things. Also, they get to travel and meet new people, which sounds fun. But on the bad side, I think it’s tough because they don’t have much time to play or relax. People might watch them all the time, and that can make them stressed. It sounds hard to be famous when you’re young.

Danh sách từ vựng hữu ích:

    • a lot of money /ə lɒt əv ˈmʌni/: nhiều tiền

    • nice things /naɪs θɪŋz/: đồ đẹp

    • meet new people /miːt njuː ˈpiːpl/: gặp người mới

    • feel stressed /fiːl strest/: cảm thấy căng thẳng

    Sample Answer: Band 7.5 - 8.0+

To be honest, I haven’t thought much about what it’s like to be a famous child, but I can imagine it has both ups and downs. For starters, one big advantage is the chance to gain unique opportunities, like starring in TV shows or performing on big stages, which can bring wealth and fame early on. On top of that, these kids often get to travel and meet inspiring people, which can be exciting. That said, the downsides are pretty significant. Constant attention from the public can strip away their privacy, leaving little room for a carefree childhood. More specifically, the pressure to keep performing or stay in the spotlight might harm their mental health. Growing up famous, I’d say, is a tough balancing act.

Danh sách từ vựng hữu ích:

    • unique opportunities /juːˈniːk ˌɒpəˈtjuːnɪtiz/: cơ hội độc đáo

    • starring in TV shows /ˈstɑːrɪŋ ɪn ˈtiː ˈviː ʃəʊz/: đóng vai chính trong chương trình TV

    • strip away privacy /strɪp əˈweɪ ˈprɪvəsi/: tước đi sự riêng tư

    • carefree childhood /ˈkeəfriː ˈtʃaɪldhʊd/: tuổi thơ vô tư

    • mental health /ˈmentl helθ/: sức khỏe tinh thần

    2. What can today’s children do to become famous?

    Sample proportionalitySample Answer: Band 6.0 - 6.5

I’m not sure how kids become famous, but I can think of some ways. First, they can try talent shows, like singing or dancing, to show what they’re good at. For example, some kids get noticed on TV competitions. Second, they can post videos on social media, like funny clips or songs. If people like their videos, they might get a lot of followers. Also, I think practicing their skills every day is important. They probably need help from their parents, too.

Danh sách từ vựng hữu ích:

    • talent shows /ˈtælənt ʃəʊz/: chương trình tài năng

    • get noticed /ɡet ˈnəʊtɪst/: được chú ý

    • social media /ˈsəʊʃl ˈmiːdiə/: mạng xã hội

    • a lot of followers /ə lɒt əv ˈfɒləʊərz/: nhiều người theo dõi

    Sample Answer: Band 7.5 - 8.0+

I don’t know all the ins and outs of becoming famous, but I can share some ideas about what kids can do today. To kick off, joining talent competitions, like singing or dance contests, is a great way to showcase their abilities and catch the attention of a wide audience. What’s more, social media platforms offer a powerful stage for kids to share creative content, like short comedy skits or music covers, which can skyrocket their popularity if they go viral. I’d go as far as to say that consistently sharpening their skills, whether it’s acting or even creating digital art, is key to standing out. That said, guidance from parents or mentors is crucial to help them navigate the challenges of fame. Posting engaging videos online, I believe, is one of the quickest paths to recognition these days.

Danh sách từ vựng hữu ích:

    • talent competitions /ˈtælənt ˌkɒmpɪˈtɪʃnz/: cuộc thi tài năng

    • showcase their abilities /ˈʃəʊkeɪs ðeər əˈbɪlɪtiz/: thể hiện khả năng

    • creative content /kriˈeɪtɪv ˈkɒntent/: nội dung sáng tạo

    • skyrocket their popularity /ˈskaɪrɒkɪt ðeər ˌpɒpjəˈlærɪti/: tăng vọt sự nổi tiếng

    • sharpening their skills /ˈʃɑːrpənɪŋ ðeər skɪlz/: trau dồi kỹ năng

    3. Do people become famous just because of their talent?

    Sample Answer: Band 6.0 - 6.5

I’m not an expert on fame, but I don’t think talent is the only reason people become famous. Some people have great skills, like singing or acting, but they also need luck. For example, they might get famous if they’re in the right place, like a big talent show. Also, I think working hard helps a lot because talent needs practice. Social media can make people famous, too, even if they’re not super talented. So, I guess it’s a mix of talent, luck, and effort.

Danh sách từ vựng hữu ích:

    • great skills /ɡreɪt skɪlz/: kỹ năng tuyệt vời

    • get famous /ɡet ˈfeɪməs/: trở nên nổi tiếng

    • working hard /ˈwɜːrkɪŋ hɑːrd/: làm việc chăm chỉ

    • social media /ˈsəʊʃl ˈmiːdiə/: mạng xã hội

    Sample Answer: Band 7.5 - 8.0+

I don’t have a full picture of how fame works, but I’d say talent alone doesn’t guarantee it. To share one example, plenty of gifted singers or dancers only break through after a lucky moment, like being spotted in a viral video or landing a spot on a major talent show. More importantly, relentless dedication to improving their craft is essential, as raw talent needs polishing to shine. Mind you, in today’s world, social media can thrust someone into the spotlight, sometimes more for their personality or unique style than for exceptional skill. Building a fanbase online, I believe, often requires a mix of talent, hard work, and a bit of good fortune.

Danh sách từ vựng hữu ích:

    • gifted singers /ˈɡɪftɪd ˈsɪŋərz/: ca sĩ tài năng

    • lucky moment /ˈlʌki ˈməʊmənt/: khoảnh khắc may mắn

    • relentless dedication /rɪˈlentləs ˌdedɪˈkeɪʃn/: sự cống hiến không ngừng

    • thrust into the spotlight /θrʌst ˈɪntə ðə ˈspɒtlaɪt/: vụt sáng dưới ánh đèn sân khấu

    • unique style /juːˈniːk staɪl/: phong cách độc đáo
