    1. Chữa đề IELTS Speaking part 2

Well, to be honest, my perfect job would be working as a content creatorin the education field, especially related to English learning and study skills.

I first heard about this kind of job through social media and online platforms. Over time, I started following people who share educational content, and I realised that many of them had turned it into a full-time career. Seeing how they could teach, inspire others, and still earn a living really caught my attention.

To get this job, I’d need to build strong communication skills and learn how to explain ideas clearly and simply. On top of that, I’d have to pick up technical skills, like video editing and basic content planning. More importantly, I think I’d need to keep improving my subject knowledge, especially in English and teaching methods, so that what I share is actually useful.

I think this would be my perfect job because it gives me a strong sense of purpose. I wouldn’t just be working for money; I’d be helping people improve themselves. That kind of meaningful work also tends to offer flexibility, which really suits my personality and long-term goals.

2.1. What kind of job can be called a “dream job”?

Well, I guess a dream job is one that really matches someone’s interests and personality, rather than just looking good on paper. It’s usually a job where people feel motivated to go to work and don’t constantly feel stressed or burned out. That said, the work often feels meaningful and gives people a sense of fulfilment.

    Từ vựng IELTS hữu ích:

    • match someone’s interests and personality /mætʃ ˈɪntrəsts ænd ˌpɜːsəˈnæləti/: phù hợp với sở thích và tính cách
    • burned out /bɜːnd aʊt/: kiệt sức
    • meaningful /ˈmiːnɪŋfl/: có ý nghĩa
    • a sense of fulfilment /ə sens əv fʊlˈfɪlmənt/: cảm giác thỏa mãn

2.2. What jobs do children want to do when they grow up?

From what I’ve seen, children often dream of jobs that look exciting or glamorous, like being a doctor, a pilot, or a famous athlete. These jobs usually stand out because they’re talked about a lot in the media or admired by adults. At the same time, many children are influenced by their surroundings. For example, if they grow up in a family where education is valued, they might want to become teachers or scientists, even if they don’t fully understand what those jobs involve yet.

    Từ vựng IELTS hữu ích:

    • exciting or glamorous /ɪkˈsaɪtɪŋ ɔː ˈɡlæmərəs/: hấp dẫn, hào nhoáng
    • stand out /stænd aʊt/: nổi bật
    • be talked about in the media /biː tɔːkt əˈbaʊt ɪn ðə ˈmiːdiə/: được nhắc đến nhiều trên truyền thông
    • be influenced by their surroundings /ɪnˈflʊənst baɪ ðeə səˈraʊndɪŋz/: bị ảnh hưởng bởi môi trường xung quanh

2.3. Do people’s ideal jobs change as they grow up?

Yes, definitely. People’s ideal jobs tend to change as they gain more life experience and start to understand their own strengths and limits better. When people are younger, they may focus more on passion or social status. However, as they get older, things like job stability, work-life balance, and long-term security usually become much more important.

    Từ vựng IELTS hữu ích:

    • life experience /laɪf ɪkˈspɪəriəns/: trải nghiệm sống
    • job stability /dʒɒb stəˈbɪləti/: sự ổn định công việc
    • work-life balance /ˌwɜːk laɪf ˈbælənս/: cân bằng công việc – cuộc sống
    • long-term security /ˌlɒŋ ˈtɜːm sɪˈkjʊərəti/: sự đảm bảo lâu dài

2.4. What should people consider when choosing jobs?

Well, I think people should take several factors into account. Apart from salary, they need to think about whether the job suits their skills, personality, and values. Another important point is the working environment. A supportive workplace and reasonable workload can make a huge difference to job satisfaction. In the long run, choosing a job that fits your lifestyle can be more important than chasing a high salary.

    Từ vựng IELTS hữu ích:

    • take several factors into account /teɪk ˈsevrəl ˈfæktəz ˈɪntuː əˈkaʊnt/: cân nhắc nhiều yếu tố
    • working environment /ˈwɜːkɪŋ ɪnˈvaɪrənmənt/: môi trường làm việc
    • reasonable workload /ˈriːznəbl ˈwɜːkləʊd/: khối lượng công việc hợp lý
    • job satisfaction /dʒɒb ˌsætɪsˈfækʃn/: sự hài lòng trong công việc

2.5. Is salary the main reason why people choose a certain job?

To some extent, yes. Salary matters because people need to make a living and support themselves or their families. However, I wouldn’t say it’s the only factor. If a job pays well but causes constant stress or dissatisfaction, people may not stay in it for long. In many cases, factors like job satisfaction, personal growth, and career development play an equally important role.

    Từ vựng IELTS hữu ích:

    • make a living /meɪk ə ˈlɪvɪŋ/: kiếm sống
    • constant stress /ˈkɒnstənt stres/: căng thẳng kéo dài
    • career development /kəˈrɪə dɪˈveləpmənt/: sự phát triển sự nghiệp
